Google Search Results shows the same title for ALL pages
Hello Atlassian community.
Bahmni community is using Cloud Confluence for all its documentation here: https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/overview
I noticed recently that all google search results show the same title for all pages.

Earlier the correct page title used to show up in Google search results. Is there some site wide setting that needs to be modified?
