I have created multiple diagrams in Gliffy and when trying to edit & save them i have an error returning;
'{"status":500,"error":"javax.persistence.OptimisticLockException: Batch update returned unexpected row count from update [0]; actual row count 0; expected:1"}'
I am using sever-based Confluence and I have full access to the pages and attachments. The problem seems to be persistent per page as it's only occurring on some pages but not all and each new diagram in an affected page has the same problem. This is only happening when I am trying to save after editing the diagrams
Has anybody else found had problem and found a fix?
Hi Marcus!
I think we had a similar issue a few months ago and ended up referring that user to Atlassian support. Would you mind emailing our support team at support@gliffy.com to see if that's the appropriate next step?
Thanks!
Samie

Hi Marcus,
I have the same error when tryiong to save an edited Gliffy diagram.
Did you upgrade the Glippy plugin?
Did it help?
Best regards,
Monica
