Full width Tables Not dynamically resizing in Edit, and shows scroll bars.

How do i make this not happen?  could Confluence perhaps fix this?  how do i log a bug for this where anyone cares.  This is just a pure annoyance all day long for me and my whole team.

Makeing  full screen not auto adjusting table size

Using windows make browser full screen is not adjusting table size  (on windows PC)

1 Start with a full width table in a full screen browser 

 2 make browser window smaller (this also happens when you just drag a window around to say a new monitor)

3 Use any of the windows options to immediately make the browser full screen (do not drag to resize)

Notice the table is now tiny, and shows a scroll bar.  only fix is to refresh page, OR re Drag it to full screen
