I froze the top rows in the table. Is it possible to make it so that when searching through a filter, frozen rows are saved and displayed

If you're using your table on the Confluence page, you can wrap Office Excel with the Table Filter macro of the Table Filter and Charts app and define Freeze first N rows option in its browser:

You can try
1. Freezing the third row (Select the fourth row and freeze pane)
2. select row 3 as the filter's top header.
