I would like it if there was a way to create custom forms into confluence. I am not sure if that is possible with cloud version of confluence or not, but when I search for this add-on I had no luck finding one.

but this did not lead to making that add on work. Can you help?
Forms for Confluence is not available for Cloud, you can only use it on Server.
As far as I can work out, there are no "forms" type add-ons for Cloud yet (I don't have a product manager around today to ask if Adaptavist are working on a Cloud version)
So the only way to make forms in confluence is having a stand alone version. Is that right?

I'm afraid it's the only way I know of doing it. (I found a product manager - we'd like to do Forms for Cloud Confluence, but we're don't seeing enough demand to get it pushed up the list. Yet)
