Forms - Responses Table - How to edit the columns

I have recently created a FORMS to allow for user experience issues/questions to come to us.  I have 9 fields on the form but only 6 show on the Responses Table.  How do I edit the table to include all 9 fields?

Also, from the responses, the response is not clickable to look at the details.  Is there a way to make that possible?
