Hi,
we are currently using space categories (labels) to organize our spaces.
When browsing the space directory some users have the ability to filter by selecting a category in the left menu. Unfortunately some users don't have the option to filter.
As far as we can tell it depends on the users permission. User with the "confluence administrators" or "system administartors" permission are able to see the categories within the space directory. Others can't. Even if they are allowed on almost all our spaces.
Is there a way we can grant "normal" users the right to see and filter for categories?
We are using confluence server 7.8.1.
Thank you.
Regards, Christian
Hello Christian,
Greetings. I hope you are doing well. Please check the link -> https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Non-Admin-Users-Can-t-See-Categories-Menu-in-Confluence/qaq-p/251483. This may help to get more ideas and resolve this issue.
Please let me know whether you were able to succeed with this option.
BR,
Prashant.
