Extract substring with hyperlink

I have a table in a confluence page, at least with two columns: Key and Values.
The values could contain hyperlinks.

-> How to get the first hyperlink only ?

I did not sucess with Table Transformer: it is possible to capture the first line...but without the hyper link (eg "link1" in plain text).
