Exporting space configuration (a.o. Global Templates and Bleuprints)

Hi,

I'm using the export facility to export an entire space. I always select to export 'everything'.

But it seems that 'only' the content of the space is exported, not its configuration (e.g. all defined Global Templates and Bleuprints seem not to be exported as well, as I detect after importing the space into another site).

Is there a way to also/include the complete space configuration into an export?

Hi Johan,

Global Templates and Blueprints are not part of the space configuration, they're part of the global Confluence instance.  So when you export a space you're only exporting the things specific to that space.

If you want to export a Global Template or Blueprint, there is a well-explained method in this answer.
