Hi,
I am trying to export a csv file located locally on my pc to a confluence page. For this, I am on a mission to automate this task using Python. I want it to form a table in confluence page but I am not able to find any helpful material.
Can anyone in the community guide me in this regard, like how I can perform this task?
URL of my confluence account is https://mysitename.atlassian.net
Thanks,
Hi @Arslan Latif ,
There are a few ways that you can achieve this:
1. Here's an article on how to use the Office Excel Macro to get table data into Confluence: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/office-excel-macro-375849173.html
2. You can also look into apps likeTable Filter and Charts for Confluence, which embed a table into Confluence with a CSV. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud&utm_source=atl_community&utm_medium=answer&utm_campaign=table-filter-traffic-sources&utm_vendorID=1216111
3. Lastly, spreadsheets that are designed to sync with Jira, like Visor, also provide an embed code. That's another solution: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226209/visor-flexible-spreadsheet-for-jira-roadmapping-bulk-edits?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
I hope that helps!
