Some spreadsheet tools ignore the hierarchy, hence the in-between step, so you'll have to experiment a bit.
My use case was to track localizations among page versions/variants and deal with content after merging two huge spaces with duplicates.

Mostly these apps are focused on exporting the tables to Excel.
By native, Confluence gives options to Word and PDF only, which is not really solving your issue.
In short, there is no way of exporting the Confluence pages titles to Excel.
