Hey @Alexey Terekhov welcome!  I just tried this on my Cloud Confluence site and I'm able to export to a DOC file without any issues.  I tried in Edge and Chrome.

I'm wondering if you can try in a different browser or workstation and see if you get the same results.  Are there any other users that could try the same thing?

Is your Chrome up to date?

There is a bug if you're trying to open it in iOS https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-38237
