Every time I upload images into a new page they change to different images already there

Steps:

1. I open a document and create a table with different images in each table

2. Click Save 

3. View my Document and realise that the images start display in different places, than the table I originally placed them in 

Please help me understand how to fix this?

Hi, might be the filenames are the same. You could try uploading files with a new name and that should result in the new images being displayed.

I'm having this problem on an iphone, multiple images and when i publish they are the same image. how would I change the file name for images stored in photos in an iphone?
