Error when using Companion

Hello guys,

We intend to use Companion to edit Confluence files.
We installed different versions of companion, but encountered an error.

The problem is that when the file is edited, the file is not opened.

We tested on all of the following situations, but the problem persists.

Operating system version: Windows 8.1, Windows 10
Confluence version: 6.13.1
Office version: 2013, 2016

Browser :Chrome, Firefox

error in log file :

Hi @azade bagheri ,

This means that Companion is unable to contact Confluence. 

Are you using a proxy in your browser? Does your Confluence instance use a "transparent" SSO that is not integrated with Confluence?
