We are trying to migrate our server installation confluence to the cloud and we are using the migration tool to do this. However 2 of our 14 spaces get error in migration tool. It just says that an error occured and the transaction is rolled back. Nothing more and no clue to what is going wrong.
How can I proceed and find the issues that is preventing us from moving to the cloud?
We can check the server logs generated for this error and try to find out more details, as you've mentioned the UI error is quite general.
Can you please generate the Server Support zip file from Confluence go to > General Configuration > Troubleshooting and support tools (under Administration)?
I've also opened a support case with our team in your name (you should have received an email), you can upload the file there and our team can also check the errors and help you to narrow down on what is causing these 2 spaces to fail.
