I am trying to import a space to a Confluence Cloud instance that was exported from another Confluence Cloud instance.
I am receiving the following errors:
com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.v2.ImportExportException:
org.springframework.transaction.TransactionSystemException: Could not commit Hibernate transaction;
nested exception is net.sf.hibernate.TransactionException: Unable to commit against JDBC Connection
Could someone please advise me how to resolve? I am using the Confluence Cloud free version which has a 2 gigabyte storage limit. When I look at the exported zip file, the uncompressed file size is only 160 megabytes so I don't think that is the issue.
I don't have a complete answer; I know the free version has limited permissions to administrators. Is this import function allowed?
Yes. I have been able to successfully import into the free version. But the last time I tried it, the data being uploaded was much smaller, so that got me thinking that there was a size restraint somewhere during the upload space option for the free version.
