Error message while trying to install Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant

Hello,

we wanted to install Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant v. 2.3.1 on our Confluence Server 5.10.0 for migration to Confluence Cloud.

Unfortunately we just get an error message:

An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information.

We already tried to open the firewall like mentioned here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/cloud-migration-assistant-for-confluence-973486571.html but still no success. On top of that we don't get logs for this issue.

Did somebody face this issue before and found a solution?

Hi Florian,

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's great to meet you!

The migration team will be able to help you with this issue.

Can you please generate the Server Support zip file from Confluence go to   > General Configuration > Troubleshooting and support tools (under Administration)?

Then you can go to the Contact Support page and select Migration as your topic. You will be able to attach your support zip to the ticket and we can proceed from there.
