Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to insert Jira Tickets into a Confluence Page, but every time I do, I get the following error message (first Screenshot). The Jira project exists (if I click on the link, I'm led to the correct Jira Ticket) and other people from my team can see the ticket correctly (second Screenshot). What sort of rights (& for which product? Confluence or Jira) do I need to be able to see the inserted tickets?

Thank you in advance for your help!

I would assume you need to adjust the Jira permissions.  Compare your groups with the groups of one of the users it works for to find what you are missing.

Hi Shawn,

actually, as I now found out the issue was much simpler: I needed to simply use the Jira Macro in Confluence once to connect both the Confluence & Jira Account. Thank you for your help, however!
