Error Message: Can't connect to server.

I'm getting this error message:
"Can't connect to the server
Your session has expired. You'll need to log in again or switch to another account to keep working.
I tried to refresh the page and login again, but I still have the error. Another colleague of mine also cannot edit this page. I even tried creating a new page and copying over all the contents, but when I did, I got another error: "Can't save changes." How do I fix this? Is it something wrong with the contents of the page? Even if I paste as text, it does not work.
