What does it mean?

It's a very generic error that is presented to the user to say "something has gone wrong and I can't really tell you what". The obvious possibilities are either that you've managed to give the macro parameters that it really cannot handle, or that something more serious has gone wrong on the server side.

So, quickly check that your usage of it is ok, and then I'm afraid you'll start need to looking in the log file to find out the actual problem behind the error.

Out of curiosity, what version of Confluence are you running?

It's okey now, we just hadn't free space on our server :)
