We can't also find the filter results in the macro browser. Is there a way to enable the plugin again, we looked into the manage apps (system part) but we can't find it.
I hope to hear soon
Hello Rick,
Thank you for contacting us about this.
Are you able to browse the gadget URL directly from your browser (i.e. https://<<URL>>/jira/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.jira.gadgets:filters-results-gadget.xml)? There might be an issue with Confluence connecting to your Jira server.
Additionally, you can try removing and re-adding the Jira URL following Registering External Gadgets, and checking the Confluence whitelist.
Failing that, I would recommend stopping Confluence, clearing the plugins cache, and then restart Confluence.
Let me know if you have any trouble.
Regards,
Shannon
