Enable new editor for pages added through REST API

Hi!

We migrate our old documentation to Confluence using REST API. By default imported pages use legacy editor. How to enable the new editor for them using API?

As I understand, you need to create new pages via REST using the New Editor as default.

This objective has been achieved by others here in this thread:
