On Confluence cloud we are a big team collaborating on many documents and making many suggestions and comment.
How can we create an automation that when someone is mentioning a user in a comment then he will get an email?
I can't find such a smart value to put in the "To" box and the current setting as in the screenshot is not working so getting and error in the Audit Log:
Could not send email, the 'To' address field is empty. If you have referenced a field it may be empty.
@Yaniv As you have a premium account, you might want to contact support.atlassian.com and ask there ?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks @Nicolas Grossi it looks like the solution is using REST API somehow but I was looking for something more native/easy.
Any other solution?
