Email Notification not Received

Our client has activated notifications but the notifications are not sent to his email address.

We have already mirrored his access to mine but still do not get it resolved

Does he have access to the concerned pages/spaces? Is he following the space/pages? Did he check his spam folder?

Thanks for responding.

His access is already configured and mirrored to mine. 

Spam folder does not contain the notifications.

what else can cause this?

Is sending of mails activated? When you share a page with him, does het get the notification?
