We have one user of our hosted confluence who is having a recurring issue. When they try to edit pages it just hangs with the "loading" message forever. The only way I've found to fix the problem is clear their browser cookies.
This person is the only user having this issue and so far it's happened a number of times in the past week, however she never experienced the issue previous to that.
Any help would be appreciated, it's a very weird issue.
You could have the user generate a HAR file and it will help you to track down what might be causing that issue.
If it only occurs on their one browser or computer, then you can reduce the causes down to that. It could potentially be a specific browser add-on, configuration, or network causing the system to be blocked when they try to edit the page.
