Edit permissions on only one page; how to set up?

I want to give u user edit permission on only one page in a space. As far as I can see this is only possible to give edit permission on the whole space at first and after that change the edit permissions per space. Is there an other way to do this?

Hi Arno,

the only way is, as you said, give the user edit permission for the space and then restrict all the other pages to all the other user of the space.

I wouldn't do that. It's an administration hell.

Thank you for you reaction. I agree with you. However this is only one space for one specific external party, so it's not that hard.
