Macro titles not showing in new confluence 7.19.4 version as it did in 7.4.17

On the edit page, none of the macros show the title in the upgraded version.  Is there a setting that I need to turn on?

I am able to get it working after I reinstalled the Formatting plugin. .

it is weird. Did u try to clean plugin cache (https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-clear-confluence-plugins-cache-297664846.html) and restart your instance?

Thanks Fabio.  No luck with the clearing the folders and restarting.  Is it a macro that does that or part of confluence?
