Hi Minesh,
Missing icons are usually caused by corrupted upgrades. Also, if you have customizations such as CSS or plugins, it can also cause damage to confluence if they are not supported.
I recommend to check the layouts and CSS customizations and the plugins. If still it doesn't work, restore the old version of confluence and try to upgrade again.
