EDIT issue: pages are EDIT restricted for generic users

Out confluence pages have edit issues.

Though permissions are granted at space, parent and child page level, it restricts people from editing.

I am referring this page for managing access restriction.

Explanations are not sufficient enough to solve the issue am facing on my pages and the space.

Need urgent help

Hello @aad s

Can you provide a screen image of what the users see when they view the page? Do you not get the Edit button at all or do they get an error message when they try to edit the page?

Can anybody edit the page? Can administrators edit the page?

Does the page have restrictions set on it or on a parent page? What does an administrator see when they look at the restrictions for the page?

What version of the product are you using?

Have you tried using the Inspect User Permissions option to troubleshoot the problem?
