Duplicating multiple pages

I'm building a cluster of pages and sub pages as a template that I want other teams (and myself) to be able to duplicate as a group.

Is it possible to either A create a template with multiple pages or B duplicate a cluster of pages as shown below?

Example:

• Parent: Company A
  • Layer1: Service A
    • Layer2: ServiceATypeA
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeAStage1
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeAStage2
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeAStage3
    • Layer2: ServiceATypeB
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeBStage1
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeBStage2
      • Layer3: ServiceATypeBStage3
    • Layer2: ServiceATypeC
  • Layer1: Service B
    • Layer2: ServiceBTypeA
