I just signed up for the free trial the other day. I have added only 4 other people to the account. When I went into the People section of Confluence I saw that there are duplicates of my profile, as the administrator. There are 4 in total, all the same profile. How do I resolve this issue. I don't think that those duplicates have eaten away at my user alotment but I would like to get rid of the duplicates.
Hi Tarah, those duplicates don't use licenses, it's just a bug with the profiles displaying for the people directory. If you file a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com, an engineer can remove those for you, which will require about 15 minutes of downtime.
