Drawio "Error saving file" when including a jpg

When using the drawio, I got the error "Error saving file" when the drawing includes a jpg. The error occurred under the two cases:

1. copy and paste a jpg image from the photo viewer (I am using windows)

2. the jpg is an attachment of the same page, through the "+ > image" function in drawio interface

The error disappeared when I removed the jpg. 

I can include png file in the two cases above (that is, "copy-and-paste" and "add image") with no problem.
