Draw.io diagrams are not displayed

Hi,

I don't know why but Draw.io application stop working on our Confluence (cloud). Editing the page the box is displayed empty. If you access to Draw.io editor, everything seems to work fine, but once you publish the page, everything becomes blank.

We did see increased error rates for a period yesterday, that was due to a cached client version that wasn't compatible with a later server-side release. Once clients updated the problem resolved. We are looking into why this happened to prevent a repeat.

Am facing the same issue. I embed an existing Draw IO diagram and its empty. Is there a way am able to clear "cache" to make it appear?

This original issue is for when the app does not load at all. Are you getting that, where the spinner only shows?

No Answer but we are experiencing the same thing. If you go to edit the actual diagram you can see everything but as soon as you save and exit everything appears blank.
