If so, where is it located? Any tips appreciated. I am trying to figure out how to limit emails to "Forgot my password" -- can't figure out to do it.

I know there are mail specific plugins, but I am not sure which ones to disable -- or even if that is the right approach. If there is a plugin fix, please give specifics.

For now, I have modified velocity templates that prevent users from choosing certain types of notifications, but it doesn't affect what users are already subscribed to.

Does that make sense? Any tips appreciated?

Confluence manages this the user level, so I guess removing the link is the best way to go about it,

confluence stores this information in the bandana table, however not in an easily modifyable format.
