Does anyone know if pricing is based on all users and if there are read-only user licenses?

I want to give customers some portal-like access, like with Service Desk, with Confluence. IS that possible?

Hi @Tammy Jakubowski

If the confluence space is anonymous, you would not take a confluence license.

How do I make it anonymous?

Hi @Tammy Jakubowski

Ensure you understand the risk of using this anonymous approach and engage with your security/compliance teams to ensure it is acceptable.

eg: if you allow anonymous access at the server level, and then you have space admins enable anonymous access, you may be exposing inappropriate data (and if there's PII, be in breach of GDPR and financially/legally liable).
