Does anyone know how to generate the syncRev value that occurs when a Confluence page is published?

We are required to regularly do performance testing on applications we use to ensure they will perform adequately under load. We have LoadRunner scripts that create and edit Confluence pages. When those scripts get to the point of saving or publishing a page, a syncRev value is generated. We need to know how this value is determined so that we can reproduce it when running our performance test. Screen shots of what we see when running these types of scripts are attached.
