Hi,

While Answering an Atlassian Question, I have seen the Troubleshooting article and was curious enough to view the source how Atlassian documentation collects feedback. I see that there is a Knowledge Base Survey Plugin used.

When i see the supported versions it shows https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/confluence.plugins.knowledgebase.survey/server/overview

it can only support for Confluence 5.6.6.

Tried to see if this works on 5.8.10 though it says incompatible. Unfortunately, it throws error saying that its Incompatible.

Then I have checked the KB articles Confluence version to be 5.8.17.

Does Atlassian plan to release it ? Why is it different ?

It used to be supported by Atlassian, in fact, it was created by Atlassian Labs before you guys shut off all of those projects. Fun fact, for a while you could still see the kbsurvey macro not found LIVE on conflucne's main site – a pretty bad fail if you ask me.

Source Code: https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/confluence-kb-survey-plugin

Internal Bamboo build (proving to Suren that it was in fact a Atlassian project):https://bamboo.extranet.atlassian.com/browse/CKBS-KSMVC5

Hi Chander,

Knowledge Base Survey Plugin is not released by Atlassian and it's not supported by Atlassian.

The Knowledge base you looking at is created using different method (create space > knowledge base).

Hope it helps.
