Do we need Confluence cloud Premium plan to edit the workflow with Workflow builder?

I have Confluence Cloud standard plan, and I can't see change workflow button, nor I am not able to edit the workflow.

Do I need to have Confluence cloud Premium plan to get these options?

Hello @Smitha Medabalimi and welcome to the community.

As Confluence doesn't really have a workflow functionality, do you mean Content Labels as seen in the screenshot?

If not, you may be using a marketplace app such as Workflows for Confluence by AppFox or one of Comala document management apps by Appfire.

If it's the apps, you may want to get in touch with the vendors' support, I can testify they're both great. Before you do that, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to change the settings.

Both content labels and apps that I mention work with Standard (or Free) Confluence, but some settings may be subject to permissions.
