Do page restrictions allow for inline Comments?

I have a page that is restricted to 2 editors, but viewable by all. I need the viewers to be able to make inline comments. Is that possible?

Hi @Elaine Kendall ,

inline comment should be associated to comment permission at space level and not to edit page permission.
