Displaying attachments in overview

Dear all,

i want to display attachments from several pages in an overview.

The overview should only show attachments which are labeled with specific labels (more than one).

What I tried so far and what didn't help:

• Space Attachments Macro: Not possible to predifine filter criteria
• Attachments Macro: Attachments only from one page
• Content by Label: Result is not filterable with Table Filter and Charts
• Content Report Table:  Not possible to limit results to attachments
• Page Properties Report: results can be limited to Attachments but I did not found a way to make this work
• Search Macro: Result is not filterable with Table Filter and Charts

Is there any User Macro to do this?

Hi Moritz,

I'd probably put Attachments Macros for each page and wrap all the macros with one Table Filter Macro ... quite ugly (having a table header for each Attachments Macro), but it works.

Hi Nicolai,

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately this is not feasible for us. We also want attachments from newly created pages to be pulled in the overview automatically.

I hope there is any workaround to to this.
