Confluence Mobile plugin seems to have the irritating behavior to be re-anabled on restart/server reboot.. sad

How is it possible to:

 

  1. Keep it disabled
  2. Disable at Confluence start  
  3. Bypass via and Apache URL rewrite
  4. Any other ideas....
