Disable comment email notifications when watching blogs in Confluence

I am working on a project to set up a confluence system and want to default all users to watching certain key blogs. The comments on these blogs can get a bit spammy however so I would like to be able to give users the option to turn off email notifications for comments on these blogs while retaining notifications for blog posts.

I understand that there is an option to receive notifications for all blogs which doesn't include comments, but this is a less than ideal solution since we will have a lot of blogs and users won't want to follow all of them.
