Disable Confluence notifications (not email)?

I regularly receive notifications in Confluence (Cloud), and I'm unclear if or how I can turn them off.

The notification I receive are in-app. I never receive email notifications for these alerts, as I have most turned off.

Why do I see these alerts, and can I eliminate them?

Same thing happening on my side.
Very frustrating - signal gets lost in the noise.

Are you sure that you do not watch any of the pages?

Maybe you‘re watching the space, you can check that.

Same issue here too. No way to stop watching the page since I don’t watch it, and no way to transfer ownership. It’s really annoying.
