Deploying Confluence Data Center in AWS

While deploying Confluence to AWS, facing a trouble of getting Synchrony Node into Healthy state.

 

Apr 25 12:44:41 ip-XXX-XX-XXX-XXX.X-XX.com start-synchrony[7549]: ====== : Could not load value for JWT key; will wait for next 20 seconds before reload ======

 

Can some one suggest how to fix the JWT Key value to the nodes.
