We can suggest trying our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app.
You can reuse your source table with the help of our Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros (on the same page and on any page you need across your Confluence instance) and create different charts based on the same source table via the Chart from Table macro. I mean you'll get a kind of a dashboard when you need to update only one source table.
And if you want to show the same chart across your Confluence pages, you may also take the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros and reuse not the source table but the Chart from Table macro.
