Deleted Confluence Pages

Hi.

We have deleted some confluence pages by mistake and we need to get these back. Our IT department do not have these pages backed up.

I have looked in the Trash are with a view to and restore these pages, but these pages are not there.

I am an admin user so I am not sure why I cannot see these deleted pages and therefore am not able to restore these.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have already seen this though and it offers no solution.

I need to know why I am not seeing deleted pages in the Trash.
