Delete request button?

Our Special Collections department is hoping to remove the 'Request' button from our collection overview pages, as we are unsure where those requests go and are thus unable to field those requests. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Can you provide a screen image for reference? Black out anything that is confidential.

I notice you asked the same question in the Jira community. Is this issue actually related to the Confluence product?

There should be somebody in your organization who has Administration access to your instances that can investigate the issue, find out the configuration behind the Request button, and remove it if desired.
