Date Picker in Space Template

Jean-Francois Drapeau

I need to use Date Picker in some Confluence Page Template.

I didn't find any plugin or widget to do that.

Is there a way to include a date picker the same way we do with VARIABLES ($)

Thanks

Could you use jQuery within the HTML macro?

You'd need some linked CSS to go along with it, because it's not pretty:

Hi Adam,

could you please help? How can we implement this into a template?

Is there any other proper macro because we don't have HTML macro?

Thanks in advance,

Rumi

Though the source editor would work, you can insert "$currentDateLozenge" in the template to get the current date in the nice date picker macro. This appears to be how some default templates do it, and there's no need to use the Source Editor plugin.

How can we change the code that the page could save the picked date? Currently the date picker works but doesn't save the data.

Adam,

I'm sorry, your solution finally worked, maybe I did a syntax mistake.

Thank you very much it's really appreciated.

Hi Adam,

I tried your technic but it doesn't seem to work. All my HTML macros are active but I'm not sure if I have something to install or to enable for the AJS ??

Sorry, I'm green with Confluence...
