Database bug - Full Tablespace - no release the Segments in Tablespace

Hi guys,

Working with our database administrators, we have found that Confluence has tremendous issues with releasing individual LOBs and no longer releases them.
The following post is about this, but it still has far too few votes to be considered:

The problem has existed for some time
