IT Helpdesk August 30, 2019

After ugrading SQL 2008 R2 server to SQL 2012 server also, we are getting following issue.

SQL Server 2008 R2 is not supported. You should migrate to a supported database version.
Supported versions are: 2016, 2014, 2012

@IT Helpdesk

Which confluence version are you using?

Did the upgrade of the db server work smoothly, did you check the logs?

IT Support August 30, 2019

Yes, the upgrade of db server worked fine.

And I'm using JIRA 8.1.0 version.

Is the other error you mentioned - collation issue - related to the same instance?

If yes, i would suggest to fix that one first

IT Support August 30, 2019

Yes. I have two issue in same instance.

My assumption is that if you fix the collation issue - the other issue should go too.
